Our Annual BBQ/Fundraiser

The DMHSAEA's annual Alumni Barbecue and Fundraiser took place on Saturday, June 27, 2026 in the recently renovated and expanded DMHS cafeteria and adjacent grounds.
Each year we select a few accomplished alumni to honor at our BBQs. For 2026, one of the honorees is Peter Coyote, Class of 1959: a well-known actor who has appeared in over 70 movies, a voice-over artist who narrated Ken Burns documentaries and many other productions, author of six published books, director, illustrator and political activist. He is unable to travel but sent this video in gratitude.

Our Next Board Meeting
Most of our Board meetings are held by Zoom on one Saturday each month from 10 AM to 12 noon. The next one will be in person, in September 2026, in Englewood at a venue to be determined. Our Board reserves the first hour for administrative business and welcomes alumni as guests at 11:00. To arrange to attend, please email DMHSAEA President Larry Golbe at [email protected].
